Mangoes Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions only apply to Mangoes purchased online on the website www.ozkirana.com.au. 

1. Pre-ordering your mangoes 

Customers will place their orders on www.ozkirana.com.au. Orders will be confirmed only on receipt of full payment. 

2. Availability of the mangoes

The mangoes will be available in the first week of May, subject to quarantine and customs clearance.

3. Pick up instructions

OzKirana will intimate the customers with the exact date of availability of the mangoes via phone call / text / email. Customers should pick up their orders within 2 days from the date of availability. OzKirana will not be responsible for the quality of the mangoes if they are not picked up within 2 days from the date of availability.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MANGOES WILL NOT BE HOME DELIVERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

4. Failure to fulfil the order

If, for any reason whatsoever, OzKirana is unable to make the mangoes available to the customer, then customers will receive a full refund of any payments made towards the purchase of the mangoes.

5. Refund and Replacement Policy

Mangoes are a delicate and perishable product. Customers are expected to absorb the loss of 50% of the entire box. Any spoilt mangoes over 50% will be replaced by OzKirana only once. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be provided.

It is the customers' responsibility to report any spoilt or damaged mangoes above 50% within 2 days of collection. Any spoilage or damage reported after the 2nd day will not be replaced or refunded.

The customer needs to provide photographic evidence of the spoilt fruit in order to be eligible for refund or replacement.

It is the customer's responsibility to collect any replacement mangoes from the same pick up location where the original order was placed and collected.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

If customers want to cancel their order for mangoes, they need to send order cancellation requests via email to ozkirana.australia@gmail.com. The order cancellation request needs to include the relevant order number and the customer's contact number.

* Orders cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation will receive a 100% refund.

* No refund will be provided 48 hours after order confirmation.
