OzKirana delivers Indian groceries all over Queensland. Orders from other Australian states are also accepted on request. We endeavour to make your shopping experience with us completely effortless and convenient.

How it works

Weekly Delivery

If you live in Brisbane or in one of the surrounding councils, we will deliver groceries to your suburb on a specific day of the week. On that day, an OzKirana delivery person will hand-deliver your groceries to your doorstep. You just need to know the day on which we come to you. To find out, click on the region where you live in the table below.

Note: Although the region names correspond to council names, some suburbs have been adjusted in other regions for ease of delivery.

Express Courier Delivery

In case you need your order delivered early, or if you do not live in or around Brisbane (e.g. the Gold Coast), we offer express courier shipping with delivery in 2 business days. However, we will be unable to deliver chilled/frozen items to you. Also, your order weight must not exceed 22 kilos.

Note: Courier services do not operate on Saturday,Sunday and public holidays.

Payment

Your order will be packed and dispatched only after confirmation of payment has been received. We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX cards. 

We do not accept cash.

Chilled and Frozen Products

Chilled and frozen products must be received in person on delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the address to receive the delivery during the stated time frame.

Orders containing chilled/frozen items will not be left unattended at the delivery address, and will be returned back to the warehouse. If returned, a $9.99 fee will apply for re-delivery. The order will only be re-delivered in the next available delivery slot for the customer's suburb. Alternatively, the customer can come to our address during business hours and pick up the order at no extra cost. However, the order cannot be refunded under any circumstances after delivery has been attempted.
